Biography

Catherine M. Rymsha, EdD, is a distinguished leadership authority, acclaimed author, lecturer at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and a TEDx speaker.

With a wealth of expertise spanning from sales to marketing/communications to corporate leadership development, she brings a multifaceted perspective to her work. With over a decade of teaching experience in academia, Catherine is currently a management lecturer at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Armed with a master's degree and a doctorate specializing in organizational leadership from Northeastern University, Catherine's scholarly pursuits revolve around the intricate realm of leadership development.
