Biosketch

Albert Sacco is one of the Instructional Technology Services group members who provides support and helps manage the Echo360 Lecture Capture system, provides training, support, administration of the system ensuring a reliable resource for students and faculty. He also contributes to the implementation of desktop video conferencing solutions on campus and is a point of contact for GoToMeeting support. 
Sacco provides training and support materials for most of the Instructional Technology tools available on campus through classes, one-on-one instruction and online video tutorials. He has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, electronics and systems and holds an Associate degree in Electronic Technology from Wentworth Institute, a BA degree in Economics from UMass - Boston, a BS degree in IT from UMass - Lowell and an MBA from UMass - Lowell.
