Biosketch

Andy is a member of the Instructional Technology Services team and is responsible for the installation and programming of classroom technology campus wide. He is an Extron certified programmer and has successfully installed systems including the TLP 350 control systems and Crosspoint XTP 3200 series digital matrix switchers. Andy manages and maintains 230 conference rooms, labs, and classrooms with Extron Global Viewer Enterprise. His other responsibilities include conducting video conferencing using Lifesize and Tandberg IP codecs.

Alfano has a bachelor’s degree from Berklee College of Music and his master’s degree from UMass Lowell.
