COVID-19 Travel Updates

Massachusetts Travel Order

All residents and visitors travelling to Massachusetts must adhere to the Mass Travel Order. Failure to comply could result in a $500 per day fine.

Domestic and International Travel

Before travelling within the U.S. or internationally, be sure to review CDC Travel Resources and DOS Country COVID-19 Country Specific Information. Many countries, localities and states have instituted COVID-19 travel practices, including mandatory quarantines and travel bans. There may be additional travel restrictions in place in your home country, or in any country you may be travelling to before the US. We urge you to become informed on these restrictions by reviewing information on the U.S. Embassy/Consulate website.

A brief description, and hyperlinks to the official proclamations can be found on NAFSA Critical Resources webpage. *It is our understanding that F-1/J-1 students may be exempt from this travel proclamation.
