Biography

Shakil Quayes is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Prior to joining the University of Massachusetts, he taught at Arizona State University and Southeastern Louisiana University. His areas of research in development economics include child labor and issues pertaining to microfinance.
