The Performance Planning & Evaluation Program provides a valuable opportunity for staff and its managers to interact and focus on planning for the future, setting goals and clarifying expectations as well as conducting mentoring and professional development discussions.
The performance evaluation cycle for staff begins each year in April. Our goal is to ensure that all employees are provided with comprehensive feedback on their performance. We will be offering training opportunities for both managers and staff that help inform them on the Performance Management Program process, how to create goals, and helpful guidelines on preparing for and conducting the performance evaluation discussion.
Training programs will be available for managers and staff from Jan. 20, 2016 through March 9, 2016. The schedule of workshops and registration information can be found on the Workplace Learning and Development website.
