Theresa manages the HR reception desk and provides customer service and support to our university community. She works closely with customers answering or referring questions, helping them find information, procedures, or directs customers to the correct forms. She works very closely with new employee making sure that the correct paperwork is fully completed and the correct documentation collect to ensure a smooth onboarding process for employees.
