Director, Employee and Labor Relations
Michael is a member of the HR/EOO leadership team. His primary purpose is to serve as the chief negotiator and contract administrator for the Professional, Grants and Contract, Classified/Technical, Maintenance/Trades, Police, Graduate Employees and Adjunct Faculty collective bargaining agreements. He assists in the negotiations and administration of the full-time faculty agreement. Michael meets with appropriate administrators, faculty and staff to provide technical assistance, professional advice regarding employee relations and the implementation and ongoing administration of the bargaining agreements.
