HR Direct and Summit Reporting uses the same log-in credentials as your campus email account. Be sure that you use your full UMass Lowell email account (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com) and the corresponding password.
Use https://mypassword.uml.edu to change your password, manage your user profile and reset a forgotten password.
Employee Self-Service in HR Direct is automatically assigned to all employees as soon as a person is hired (all job data is entered by Human Resources). Depending upon the job, this may also include the ability to do self-service time reporting or approval.
All other access to HR Direct and Summit HR Dashboards requires authorization from the HR Data Custodian. Send requests for access to Hilary Clark.
Please note, access is limited to ACTIVE employees. All access is removed as soon as a contract has ended.
