New applicants to doctoral programs at UMass Lowell are eligible for the University Doctoral Fellowship. A University-wide committee annually selects candidates with the most outstanding credentials.

Duration: 4 years
Application Procedure: Submit a graduate application to a University of Massachusetts Lowell doctoral program.
Deadline: March 1 for the following fall semester
