Family Programs offers several Family Orientation sessions throughout the summer. Orientation is a day-long session that allows parents, guardians and other members of a student's support system to meet many important staff from offices on campus. The goal for families that attend a session is that they will walk away better prepared to support their student as the begin their college career.
The registration fee for one-day sessions is $20 per person and includes a resource bag, continental breakfast and lunch in the dinning hall. Every session begins with check-in at University Crossing at 8:30 a.m. and concludes with a presentation by The Solution Center ending around 4 p.m.
Please be advised that these sessions are not for incoming students. They should instead plan to attend their own Freshmen Orientation.
