Early Registration begins January 1, and closes January 30.
Country Assignments will be sent February 1. Remember that countries will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
Late Registration will run February 1- April 1.
Delegate Fees are $45 per delegate. Final delegate counts are due by March 21, and invoices will be sent once final delegate counts are submitted. Payments may be made by check, or by Credit Card. If you would like to arrange to pay by Credit Card please email and we will be happy to arrange that.
Please note: If you have students that would like to attend the conference for two days, please let us know and we will make the arrangements for this.
Final payment is due by March 28.
