Canal accepts submissions in any of the languages taught within the Department of World Languages and Cultures: French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Khmer, Chinese, Arabic, and German.
We are looking for texts from a diverse set of disciplines and genres. Personal essays are welcome, as are essays focused on topics related to the any of the majors offered within the university.

The deadline for the Spring issue is February 15, though it is sometimes possible to extend this date if you contact the editors in time.
