Biosketch
Rachael was accepted into UMass Lowell’s Criminology and Justice Studies Ph.D. program in 2013 after earning her M.A. in Forensic Psychology from Roger Williams University. Rachael’s primary research interests include juvenile justice populations, particularly with respect to violence and re-offending risk assessment, and implementation and policy research.
