Kyleigh joined the PhD program in fall 2014. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, she obtained a BA in International Studies with a minor in Spanish and an MA in International and Comparative Politics from Wright State University. Kyleigh has earned an additional MA in Criminology and Criminal Justice, and teaches Research Methods and Statistics in the School of Criminology and Justice Studies. She has published in Criminal Justice and Behavior, the Journal of Criminal Justice, Criminal Justice Studies, and Criminal Justice Review, and her research has been cited by The New York Times and The Washington Post. Currently, Kyleigh is a Research Assistant, working on data collection and analysis for an NIJ-funded grant. Her research interests include corrections, offender reentry, and quantitative methods.
