Receive Confirmation of Space Request

You've submitting your request for space, now what?

  1. TIMETABLE - Once your request is received, it is in a "virtual line" for review by Hospitality & Event Services staff. Your request will be processed in one to three (1-3) business days.
  2. IF YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION - If you do not receive a confirmation within that timeline, please don't hesitate to call us at 978-934 3888. There may be delays due to volume or system outages necessary for routine maintenance and upgrades.
  3. BUSY TIMES OF YEAR - Certain times of the year are associated with higher volumes and longer turnaround times. The beginning of each semester is a popular time for faculty, staff, and student groups as well as external clients to find space on campus for their meetings and special events. We appreciate your patience during these times.
