Susan Pryputniewicz received her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and master’s degree in environmental engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She spent over twenty years in the engineering consulting industry working for AECOM and smaller sub-consultant firms as an engineer and project manager helping municipalities around the New England area focus on their aging sewer infrastructure.
Pryputniewicz joined the Francis College of Engineering at UMass Lowell in the spring 2017 as the Technical Program Coordinator of Graduate Studies. In this role, she is working on graduate student recruitment, implementation of the graduate master’s co-op in engineering, technical journal review, and proposal coordination. In addition, she also assists with administrative, marketing, and advising efforts in the Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology program.
