Biosketch

Obtained University of Massachusetts BMEBT PhD in 2010 followed by a two year post-doctorate and a subsequent appointment as a Research Instructor, Department of Radiology, University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS). Dissertation research was on novel dedicated breast computed tomography under UMMS advisor, Dr. Stephen Glick. Post-doc and following research appointment involved numerical observer development for SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging and patient motion correction for SPECT image quality improvement under Principal Investigator, Dr. P. Hendrik Pretorius. From April 2015 - March 2020 was a Principal Data Analyst for PAREXEL Ltd. supporting analysis of medical imaging data with a special focus on assessment of radiologists' performance metrics in clinical trials. Currently consult on clinical trial data analysis projects. UML Adjunct Instructor in BMEBT program since 2012. Senior Life member IEEE (Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society) and SPIE (Medical Imaging) member.
