Our fitness staff is committed to helping you reach your goals.

  • Meet with one of our personal training staff members around your schedule at the Campus Recreation Center (East Campus) or Riverview Fitness Center (South Campus). When you register your trainer will go through a goal setting and fitness assessment with you and then design you a personalized fitness program. After your initial package (goal setting session/assessment + 4 sessions) you can purchase additional session to keep working towards your goals.

  • Small group training (4-6 people per group) allows you to feed off the energy of others in the space while receiving one-on-one attention from the trainers. You’ll experience the creativity and knowledge of our training staff, meet new people, and enjoy a safe and effective workout. Each session will include a warmup, mobility work, strength training, cardio interval training and a cool down.
