Our fitness staff is committed to helping you reach your goals.
Meet with one of our personal training staff members around your schedule at the Campus Recreation Center (East Campus) or Riverview Fitness Center (South Campus). When you register our trainer will go through a goal setting and fitness assessment with you and then will design you a personalized fitness program. After your initial package (goal setting session/assessment + 4 sessions) you can purchase additional session to keep working towards your goals.

Small group training allows you to feed off of the energy of others in the space while receiving one-on-one attention from the trainers. You’ll experience the creativity and knowledge of our training staff, meet new people, and enjoy a safe and effective workout.
Each session will include time to warm up, work on your mobility, activate your targeted muscle groups, strength training, cardio interval training , and a cool down.
Small Group Personal Training Fall Session 2 Online Registration
You have the option of bodyweight only exercises, with dumbbells or resistance bands. Upon registration you will receive a survey letting us know what equipment you have and how many days/week you want to workout. Each program is 6 weeks long and comes with video demonstrations and / or written descriptions of each exercise.
On Your Own Fitness Training Online Registration
This option gives you access to a trainer for 6 weeks. Upon registration we will pair you with one of our fitness staff to learn more about your goals, experience, and available equipment during a fitness consultation in person or via zoom. After consultation we will design a program customized to you. Each week we will check in through zoom, email, or quick in person meetings and make any adjustments needed to help to continue reaching your goals.
