YogaAn approach blending various styles of Yoga to improve flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques. This class is wonderful for all levels. Get together with your best body.
FuseA blend of strength, pilates, and yoga all set to the beat of the music. Your instructor will combine body weight exercises, core strengthening exercises, and various poses to increase your strength, mobility, and flexibility. In Fuse you will work from the ground up leaving you feeling strong, confident, and  relaxed.
ClassDescription
BarreA fusion of ballet, pilates, and yoga. In this class you will target specific leg and core muscles using isometric holds, small movements, and full range of motion to strengthen, increase stability and mobility to transform your body.
Ignite Strength
This class incorporates dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and steps. It will take you through all muscle groups to improve your overall strength and muscular/cardiovascular endurance. Leave class feeling stronger and with more knowledge on resistance training. 
Interval TrainingThis class will be held in the front atrium fitness area. You will be using the treadmills, bikes, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and open space for a full body workout.
Kick and StrengthA combination of our IGNITE Strength and Kickbox class. This class will begin with a kickbox warm up and a quick combination stringing together punches and kicks set to music. The class will finish off with rounds of dumbbell circuit training.

SpinYou will mimic riding flat roads, up hills, and intervals all set to upbeat music. Spin is great workout for all levels, you will control the resistance and create the right intensity for you.
Spin and CoreStart with our spin class and end with a core workout consisting of planks, rotations, and targeted ab and back exercises to improve core stabilization, posture, and overall strength.
KickboxingKick your body into high gear in this challenging cardio inspired workout! Suitable for all fitness levels, kickboxing will take you through jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks in a stress relieving workout. Leave class feeling empowered and self-confident. Kickstart your way to a better you!
ZumbaBe prepared to move and be moved! Zumba is a cardio-dance based workout designed for everyone. Burn fat and tone your body at the same time. Ditch the workout. Join the party!
ABCA lower body cardio interval training class. Expect squats, planks, lunges, rotations and more. You will use your body, floor gliders, and resistance bands to train your lower body.

Class Levels

All of our group fitness classes are appropriate for all levels. The instructors will provide modifications to either increase or decrease the intensity of the workout.
