Learn the basics, alignment, and foundation to begin or deepen your yoga practice. In this three-week course you will review alignment and breath, how to move between postures, and the benefits of adding yoga into your routine. After this course you will feel prepared to attend yoga classes or practice at home with confidence. Registration is required.

Fall 2017 Dates

Classes will be held on September 20, 27 and October 4, 2017 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the CRC Meeting Room (CRC-111).


Cost is $15 for students and $25 for staff, faculty and CRC members.
