Women Crush Weights is a weight lifting program designed to help women gain confidence and knowledge with resistance based training. All levels of fitness are encouraged as the weight lifting program is designed to fit multiple levels of fitness.
This Program Includes:
- 5 week weight lifting program
- Workouts can be completed on your own time!
- Weekly group workouts and exercise demonstrations (held on Wednesdays)
- Workouts with personal trainers
During the duration of the program our group will meet on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Campus Recreation Center for demonstrations, form, technique, and workouts. If you cannot make that time all notes will be posted online and distributed via email. The workouts can be completed on your own time. If you would like to work with a personal trainer once a week as long as trainers are available during your requested times that can be arranged.
