Ready, set, go! Our group runs are a great way to meet new people who love staying active. All fitness levels are welcome! Our personal trainers and fitness staff will be leading and motivating the group along the way.
Meet at the CRC front turf for a dynamic warm up at 5:30 p.m. and then rev up your heart rate with a scenic run.
Note: In case of poor weather expect a workout on the track above the basketball courts.
