Start your year and semester off strong!

Start Strong is a five-week program designed to help you start your year and semester off on a good note. You will learn weightlifting technique, how to create a fitness program, nutrition strategies, and mental health practices to reduce stress. 

The program includes:

  • Fitness Assessment at start and finish of the program
  • Weekly workouts with personal trainers, held Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. at the Campus Recreation Center
  • Weekly Wellness Challenges 

Online Registration

Program Dates: February 5, 2019 - March 5, 2019

Start Strong workouts will be held on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m at the Campus Recreation Center.

Any registered participant that completes the program and does 3 workouts/week will receive Campus Recreation gear!
