Start Strong is a four-week program designed to help you start your year and semester off on a good note. You will a receive a fitness assessment at the start and finish of the program to help you track progress. Our fitness staff will provide workouts and weekly challenges each week. Be prepared to Start Strong!
Program Dates: February 1, 2018 - February 22, 2018
Start Strong workouts will be held on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m at the Campus Recreation Center. If you cannot complete the workouts then don't hesitate to join the program. All workouts will have detailed descriptions and some videos.
Any registered participant that completes the program and does 3 workouts/week will receive Campus Recreation gear!
