Learn the basics, alignment, and foundation to begin or deepen your yoga practice. In this three-week course you will review alignment and breath, how to move between postures, and the benefits of adding yoga into your routine.

The U-Crossing Stairs Challenge is an initiative to encourage faculty, staff and students to use the stairs in U-Crossing instead of taking the elevators if they are physically able to do so.

In addition to our fitness center, group fitness schedule and personal training options; multiple one-day wellness events will be offered through out the year.
Our semi-annual stress relief day, partnered with Student Health Services, will help you relieve stress prior to finals. Our personal trainers will offer fitness center orientations, to help you learn how to use the fitness equipment. Lead special group fitness classes, host our version of the NFL Combine, ladies only fitness center times, and more!
