Group Fitness

We offer cardiovascular, muscular conditioning and mind/body class formats for all ability levels!

Classes are free, just show up a few minutes before each class starts! Schedules will be determined by participation levels and interest. Instructors will teach you how to perform each exercise safely and suggest modifications to accommodate your fitness level.
