Catherine Kendrick was appointed Dean of Online and Continuing Education in November, 2016. Previously she served as Senior Executive Director, Market Development and Online Programs for the Division of Online and Continuing Education.
She brings over 35 years of management experience in marketing, entrepreneurial continuing education program development and revenue generation. She has developed and marketed education programs at UMass Lowell, Wang Laboratories, Inc., the New Hampshire College and University College Consortium, the University of New Hampshire, and Middlesex Community College.
At UMass Lowell her specialty has been the development of signature continuing education programs both for higher education and the corporate sector, especially in the areas of information technology and online learning. She has been responsible for innovative marketing and program development initiatives that have contributed to the growth of the Division of Online and Continuing Education into a $50 million dollar operation.
