UCard, Access and Parking Services

Welcome to UCard, Access and Parking Services (UCAPS). Our office issues new and replacement UCards and parking permits for all students, staff and faculty members. You may also pay parking tickets and submit parking-violation appeals forms at our office.

Decals are now available online at the 50% rate. New students are welcome to pick up their UCards anytime, provided they are enrolled in spring 2012 classes.
