Lori joined the UCAPS Office in September of 2010 as the Business Services Coordinator where she shares her extensive customer service experience with the office. Along with the day-to-day management of the front end operation which includes parking and UCard transactions for all faculty, staff, students, vendors and visitors, she also manages all reserved visitor parking and online permit distributions for the campus.
Lori joins UMass Lowell with over 30 years of customer service background after retiring with Verizon Communications. Beginning in the Admissions Office in November 2009, she gained knowledge of the enrollment process and critical hands on PeopleSoft/iSiS experience.
