Bio Sketch

Jon joined the UCAPS Office in October 2009 as the Associate Director, focusing on System Integration between the office's major software and hardware packages. In May 2011, Jon became the division head of the of the UCAPS division of Parking & Transportation.

Specializing in the UCard (Heartland Payment Systems) and electronic card access (Millennium Enterprise), he can be found across campus performing consultations for new installations, and troubleshooting the existing infrastructure. He constantly strives to create generational solutions to increase the productivity of the campus community, while keeping sight of the office's service initiatives.

Jon previously came from the Office of Residence Life at UMass Lowell as an Assistant Director, specializing in housing administration for 3 years. He graduated with a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from UMass Lowell in 2004 and 2006 respectively.
