Description

In-School Program! Exploring the Immigrant Experience (Grades 4 -6) examines the experiences of immigrants who settled in Lowell. Working with oral histories, primary sources, and artifacts, students look at elements of the immigrant story, such as the decision to leave, the journey, initial hardships, preserving culture, and assimilation.
