Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Rhode Island
Paddy has been a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters (UBC) for 35 years as a carpenter, business representative and construction safety instructor. He worked for the UBC Health & Safety Fund teaching OSHA courses, the 40 hour Hazardous Waste Worker, confined space, lead and asbestos certification and ergonomics. He teaches lead asbestos supervisor/worker certification courses for the Community College of Rhode Island and is a trainer for TNEC representing RICOSH.
