International students on either F-1 or J-1 student status who are completing their academic program in spring 2014 should schedule an appointment with the International Students & Scholars Office 978-934-2383 or email@example.com.
Once we have received your DIG form, your name will appear on the Registrar's Office website. For your convenience, the Registrar’s Office hours of operation are: 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday – Thursday; Fridays 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. We are located at University Crossing, 220 Pawtucket St., Suite M10.
Master's and doctoral students must file a Request for Graduate Clearance Form (pdf) with the Registrar's Office. The Registrar's Office will mail the Graduate Clearance Form to students. When the student receives the form, it must be completed, approved by all appropriate faculty and submitted to the Registrar's Office by April 14, 2014. The Registrar's Office will verify course credit, grade and GPA requirements, and submission of thesis/dissertation (if applicable) prior to the awarding the degree.
