Phil joined Umass Lowell after finishing his master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Boston College. Phil also has a degree in Political Science and Film Studies from Boston College. Phil was raised in Gloucester (and is proud of it). He is the first person in his family to graduate from college. Phil enjoys watching numerous TV shows and going to the movies, as well as shopping and spending time with friends. His favorite season is winter because snow is amazing. His favorite vacation spot is Walt Disney World. If he could have dinner with any television character, he would choose Jack Bauer. The thing Phil loves most about working in ResLife at UMass Lowell is the interaction with students. "Everyone is great and unique, so every day is a new adventure."
