Resident Advisor Overview

The resident advisor plans an extremely important role in enhancing the residential living experience. We are looking for special people who are willing to commit their time and energy to help others develop to their fullest potential and make the most of their collegiate experience.  In return, we hope to give you training and experience that will enhance your skills, develop your person, and help you in your future years.

The resident advisor selection process is designed to offer you the opportunity to interact with members of the Residence Life Staff at several different levels. You will participate in two interviews; one is a group process, in which you will be working with other candidates and the other is a panel interview with a resident director and other Residence Life staff members.

If you have any questions they can be answered by any Residence Life Staff Member.  Feel free to contact any resident director or the Office of Residence Life with any questions or concerns you may have.
