Important Dates for Summer/Fall 2008 |

- Thursday, May 1
- 2008-2009 academic year Housing Contract (pdf) and $200 deposit due for new students.
- Tuesday, July 15
- Last day to cancel for 100% refund of fall housing charges (only deposit is lost). Cancellation Forms (pdf) must be received or post marked by this date to avoid 50% penalty of fall charges.
- Wednesday, August 27
- Summer residents move to fall assignments.
- Saturday, August 30
- Move-in day for new incoming freshmen.
- Monday, September 1
- Move-in day for returning students and new transfer students.
- Wednesday, September 3
- Last day to cancel for 50% refund of fall housing charges (and loss of deposit). Cancellation Forms (pdf) must be received or post-marked by this date to avoid 100% penalty of fall and 50% penalty of spring charges.
- Friday, November 28
- Last day to cancel for 50% refund of spring housing charges (and loss of deposit). Cancellation Forms (pdf) must be received or post-marked by this date to avoid 100% penalty of spring charges.
