During the summer, winter break and spring break, the majority of the residence halls are closed, and students are expected to move back home. Below is information on Intersession Options:
If you are a current resident wish to remain on campus over the summer you must review the terms and complete the summer housing contract on the Online Housing Gateway. If you have never lived on campus before, you will access the summer housing contract via this Summer Housing Contract.
If you are interning over the summer and are looking for housing in the Lowell Area please review the housing contract for interns, sign, complete it and return to the Office of Residence Life.
For students with a fall housing assignment that need to stay over Winter Break, please note all buildings with the exception of Sheehy and Concordia will remain open. If you wish to reside on campus over the Winter Break a housing contract will be published on the
Online Housing Gateway by the end of October.
For students with a spring housing assignment that need to stay over Spring Break, you must fill out a Spring Break housing contract on the Online Housing Gateway under "Housing Contracts". Please plan ahead, as building access will be shut off for those who did not apply.
The cost to stay is $225. This includes 10 meals for the week to be provided at University Dining commons. Residents of Riverview Suites will be charged $150 for the week with the option to purchase the 10 block meals for an additional $75 for the week. These charges will be billed directly to the student's iSiS account.
