March 28

Returning Resident Contracts Due: All current spring residents who wish to live on campus for the 2008-2009 academic year need to complete a Housing Contract and $200 deposit to the Office of Residence Life, Fox 602, by 4 p.m. 

May 1

New Resident Contracts Due: All new students and current commuters who wish to live on campus for the 2008-2009 academic year need to complete a Housing Contract and $200 deposit to the Office of Residence Life, Fox 602, by 4 p.m. 

May 19

Summer Housing (pdf) and Senior Week (pdf) Contracts: Any student who wishes to stay in Summer Housing (Donahue Hall floors 3-5) or Senior Week Housing (Eames Hall) must submit their contracts to the Office of Residence Life, Fox 602, by 4 p.m.

May 22

Residence Halls Close: All students must move out of their residence halls and properly check-out with a Residence Life staff member by 6 p.m. on May 22nd or 24 hours after their last final; whichever comes first.

May 23

Summer and Senior Week Move-Over: Any student who signed up for Summer Housing or Senior Week Housing must move to Donahue and Smith Hall, respectively, between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. and check-in with a Residence Life staff member.  All students are expected to check-out of their spring 2008 assignments by 9 p.m. with a Residence Life staff member.
