Office of Multicultural Affairs

The Office of Multicultural Affairs is the hub for intercultural advancement, diversity, community development, and inclusion efforts on the campus of University of Massachusetts Lowell. The office serves as an information clearinghouse for the campus community regarding issues involving diversity and social justice. We operate as a support office for traditionally underrepresented communities, and we serve as brokers of support for the greater campus community. 

The University of Massachusetts Lowell aims to provide an inclusive campus environment where students of all backgrounds and beliefs can thrive and achieve their full potential.

Through a wide range of programming, consulting, training and support, the Office of Multicultural Affairs’ promotes an environment within which students, faculty and staff can appreciate, celebrate and develop mutual respect for cultural differences, values and beliefs.
