H1N1 Flu Vaccine
Free H1N1 flu vaccine will be available on campus at a later date.
Announcements will be made as soon as vaccine has arrived.
Vaccination with one type of vaccine (seasonal or H1N1), does not provide protection against the other type of flu. Both shots are recommended for anyone with a chronic medical condition; such as heart or lung disease, diabetes, neuromuscular disorders, or immune suppression due to disease or medication.
The H1N1 vaccine is being prioritized for pregnant women, direct health care workers, anyone caring for an infant under the age of 6 months, anyone ages 6 months – 24 years old, and again those with chronic medical conditions.
