A first-place finish was sweet for the UMass Lowell Men's Club Hockey team in its Div. II league. Co-captain Ryan Green, under blue sky of flag, is a senior in meteorology and president of the Student Veterans Organization.

The ‘Other Hockey’ Makes Its Mark

Veterans Week included Military Appreciation Night at the Tsongas Arena, as U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Sean Germain, recently returned from Afghanistan, met Riley Wetmore, team captain of the River Hawks, before the ceremonial puck drop.
