Governor Deval Patrick’s Office is seeking highly motivated undergraduate students interested in a hands-on learning experience in the following departments:
- Appointments
- Judicial Nominating Commission
- Community Affairs
- Legislative Affairs
- Press
- Operations (Scheduling and Advance)
- New Media (Photo and Video) & Online Strategy
- Personnel
- Constituent Services
- Western Mass. office in Springfield
- Governor’s Council
- Washington, D.C. Office
As an intern in any of the Governor's Offices, you will gain insight on the various paths within public service and learn valuable skills that will prepare you for your future career!

- A resume
- A writing sample (2-3 pages of a previously written paper)
- Two letters of recommendation (At least one from a current or former employer)
