Under UML’s site license, you are entitled to technical support from QSR International. Start by filing an online request for support. You can find your license key by starting NVivo. Go to Help > About NVivo 7.

How do I get a license for NVivo?
Under UML's site license, you are entitled to purchase NVivo at a greatly reduced cost. More detailed information is available here. You may also print an application for purchase, which you will submit directly to QSR International.
