The Center for Industrial Competitiveness (CIC) combines active involvement in industrial restructuring with in-depth research on the history, theory, and practice of industrial development. The CIC focuses its attention on the evolution of the organizational structures and technological capabilities of selected industrial sectors of the American economy, and Massachusetts in particular, relative to their global rivals.
