State Regulations

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts specified its own rules and regulations for the control of radioactive material and radiation producing devices in 105 Code of Massachusetts Regulations 120. These standards are similar to those found in l0 CFR 20 of the Federal Regulations. Radiation users must comply with the applicable requirements of both state and federal regulations.
