The University of Massachusetts Lowell Police Department in conjunction with the Lowell Police Department is notifying the University community that a suspicious male was seen outside of 725 Merrimack Street.  There have been reports of an individual approaching people and asking for a dollar.  He then attempts to grab the person’s wallet.  He is described as a white male, approx. 5’8” tall, with an average build.  The suspect has a number of tattoos located all over his body (face, neck, head), but more recognizable ones are “tear drops” located under his eye, and the number “13” on his left arm.  We need your assistance in identifying this individual by reporting any suspicious behavior.   

• Do not approach this individual on your own.
• Be cautious of your surroundings.
• If you see anything suspicious, call the Lowell Police Department at 978-937-3200 or the UMass Lowell Police Department at 978-934-2394.
• In case of emergency, notify 911 immediately.

The University of Massachusetts Lowell Police Department in conjunction with the Lowell Police Department is notifying the University community that a suspicious male was seen in the Gardner St, Gershom Ave, and University Ave areas exposing himself and engaging in lewd behavior.  There have been three separate reports of a white male, between 5’10” and 6’ tall, in his low to mid 20’s, with short spiked blonde or light brown hair.  We need your assistance in identifying this individual by reporting any suspicious behavior.  Do not approach this individual on your own. 

• If you see anything suspicious, call the Lowell Police Department at 978-937-3200 or the UMass Lowell Police Department at 978-934-2394.
• In case of emergency, notify 911 immediately.
