NSF Fellowships


 

Fellowship Application Deadline has been extended to March 20, 2009!

NSF fellowships are available to all U.S. faculty members, high-school science teachers, post-docs and Ph.D. candidates.

The fellowship consists of full registration plus an accommodation allowance based on double occupancy. Those who receive fellowships may upgrade to a single room for a modest fee. NSF

  1. Complete the Fellowship Application Form  and save the completed version (pdf format).
  2. Prepare a CV and save it in a format compatible with Microsoft Word for Windows.
  3. Prepare a statement (200 words maximum, additional text ignored) indicating how the short course will help your career and save it in a format compatible with Microsoft Word for Windows.
  4. Send all three documents (fellowship application, CV and statement of benefit) to NSF_SummerInstitute@uml.edu.  
  5. Applicants will be informed of the results of their fellowship application no later than March 31, 2009.
