The UMass Lowell Core Research Facilities Career Learning Experience Internship program provides a paid internship program to one undergraduate student majoring in any Science or Engineering program at UMass Lowell.

Established by Earl Ada, former director of the CRF Materials Characterization Lab, the goal of this endowed internship is to enhance practical scientific skills and academic excellence, and to stimulate interest in laboratory management careers among our Science and Engineering undergraduate students. Each semester, the selected intern will work with several of the CRF lab managers to develop their skills and to learn the detailed aspects of running and managing the daily operations of various microscopy, biological and materials characterization laboratories within the CRF.

Applications are being accepted from April 8 to 24. Learn more and apply now.
