‘SIGHT’: Award-wining Film Pre-screening & Conversation with Ming Wang on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Fusion Lowell Church, 125 Mt. Hope St., Lowell. Free and open to the public.

‘SIGHT’, co-starring Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning Greg Kinnear and Terry Chen, is based on the true story of Dr. Ming Wang, a poor first-generation Chinese immigrant, who defies all odds to become a world-renowned eye surgeon in the United States. Drawing upon the grit and determination he gained from a turbulent uprising in his upbringing, Wang sets out to restore the sight of a blind orphan. The resilient Wang must reconcile with his own traumatic past and face the harsh reality that the strength of his own will can only go so far.

‘SIGHT’ is about Seeing Beyond: Seeing beyond our pain; Seeing beyond our circumstance; Seeing beyond ourselves; Seeing beyond our own culture; Seeing beyond our polarization.

‘SIGHT’ received the “Best Picture Award” at 50th ICVM (International Christian International Christian Visual Media) and “Best Narrative Feature Premiere” at Heartland International Film Festival.

On Friday, May 24 (Memorial Day weekend), ‘SIGHT’ will be released in theaters across the U.S. by Angel Studios (Distributor of ‘Sound of Freedom’).

Please join us for a free film pre-screening followed by a conversation with Ming Wang and free eye consultation. RSVP to receive event detail.
