Research Interests

David’s research focuses on moral injury in the workplace–exploring the dissonance between an individual’s deeply held moral beliefs and their actions, inactions, or observed actions of another, as well as the enduring effects on character.

Biosketch

David Greenway is a Doctoral Candidate in Leadership/Organization Studies in the Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Early career experience includes 10 years as Managing Director at JWT Specialized Communication (WPP) and in private banking at the Boston Company. David has over 15-years of teaching experience and holds a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Salem State University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
